Burning Flame with Fume FX

This is one of my favorite creation :D Another college's project for Technology of Animation's subject (My 6th Semester in University. The main goal for this project is to create an animation using 3D Max's Fume FX (an additional plugin for 3D Max).

While making this project, somehow I suddenly thought about a wizard who wanted to eliminate his foe. SO, he decided to trick his foe by dragging his foe into a dark room. After that, he began to cast some spell and burnt his foe inside a flame circle.

For the inspiration itself, actually came from  "Akuma wo Yobisouna Igirisu no Uta (Marshmallow Song)" (Hetalia OST.-Arthur Kirkland Character Song.) Sung by Sugiyama Noriaki. Because when my teacher assigned me for this project, I kept listened to that song :))
That's why I also used that song as the BGM for this short animation. For the character, I used Low Max, a human-like model for 3D Max.

For the flame circle, I used After Effect for masking and Fume FX (for 3D Max 2009) to generate the fire. Then for the finishing touch, I used After Effect (again) and Adobe Premiere for inserting the BGM music.

Here for the final result:
